“Great job, Lee. I’m sitting here, standing here on this deck that Lee spent two weeks working on.

Lee spent—take a look at this—Lee over here. All this was all wrapped in plastic. It was originally pressure-treated, but it was rotting.

Lee took it all apart. He replaced it. He didn’t have to do the deck, but then he replaced three different decks. And those replacements included all the plastic, and it was a lot of rot.

He figured out how to move a hot tub—talk. The good news: it didn’t have any water in it. The bad news: it came apart because it was rotted. But Lee fixed the rot, too. We got the hot tub back, full of water, and everything’s working out great. Super job, Lee. Great job.“

What do you think about the Stratum’s job?

“Stratum did a great job, of course. Especially this part. I like this. I like it. The refrigerator is here. I got this little cubby back here. Stuff back there where you can’t see it. Throw junk back there. And this used to be all closed.

It was like a half wall here before you were able to take that out. And she can get back and forth and we can move a wheelchair in here and we can move a transport chair in here for her. So that’s what we wanted. That’s what we were going for. Thank you.”
